We not only recognize, but we also focus our entire agency on the knowledge that medically fragile children require consistent, reliable, safe, patient-focused quality care. Our agency works as a team to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our patients and families. Even in the event of cancellations, our scheduling coordinators make every effort to cover canceled or open shifts, so that our patients are not without care.
